“Door to door” delivery means that our company provides not only cargo transportation, but all related services, such as: export and customs clearance, cargo compliance control, forwarding, etc. In this case, the client only apply for the service and receives the cargo in Ukraine.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
The cost of delivery is calculated from the volume, weight, type of product, invoice value and type of transportation.

What is a Customs Control Zone?
The Сustoms Сontrol Zone is regulated by Chapter 48 of the ICU (Customs Code of Ukraine) – it is a specially equipped area where goods are under customs control for carrying out customs formalities with them.

The customs terminal is a complex of administrative warehouses made to carry out the full range of customs control procedures and clearance of goods that are moving and under customs control.
